Hassle-Free 30-Day Returns & Refunds

At Redbird, we stand behind the quality of our footwear. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer free refunds within 30 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You can request a refund within 30 days from the purchase date if:
✅ The shoes are unused and in their original condition.
✅ The original packaging and box are included.
✅ You have a valid invoice, order ID, or receipt (for online purchases).

🛠 Manufacturing Defects

• If you receive a product with a genuine manufacturing defect, you can request a refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase.
• The defect will be subject to approval after an inspection by our team.
• If the defect is not approved, the product will be returned to you, and no refund will be processed.

2. Refund Method

• All refunds will be issued to the original payment method or source account used for the purchase.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
• Redbird is not responsible for any delays caused by banks, financial institutions, or third-party payment providers.


3. How to Request a Refund

For Online Purchases (Website Orders):

• Request a refund by either:

🔗 Filling out the refund request form on our website here.
• We will arrange for free pickup via our shipping partners.
• If pickup is unavailable in your area, you may courier the shoes to us (in such cases, the customer will bear the shipping cost).

For In-Store Purchases (Local Stores):

• Visit the same store where you purchased the shoes.
• Provide your purchase receipt and return the shoes in unused condition.
• Refunds will be handled by the store.

4. Non-Refundable Items

🚫 Final Sale Items – Products marked as Final Sale cannot be refunded, but we allow size exchanges.
🚫 Used Shoes – Refunds are not applicable for worn or used shoes.
🚫 Courier Fees for Non-Pickup Areas – If a customer sends a return via courier due to unavailability of pickup services, they must bear the shipping cost.


5. Processing Time for Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process the refund within 14 working days.
• If paid via credit/debit card, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
• We are not liable for refund delays caused by third-party payment processors, banks, or unforeseen technical issues.

6. Legal Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• Redbird reserves the right to reject any refund request if the returned product does not meet our refund policy criteria.
• In case of a dispute, Redbird’s decision will be final and binding.
• Redbird is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
• By purchasing from Redbird, the customer agrees to adhere to this refund policy and waives any claims beyond the stated terms.
 • Any legal disputes arising from this policy will be governed by the laws of India and will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
