Hassle-Free 30-Day Returns & Exchanges
At Redbird, we want you to have the perfect fit and quality you expect. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You can return your product within 30 days of purchase if:
✅ The shoes are unused and in their original condition.
✅ The original packaging, tags, and box are included.
✅ You have a valid invoice, order ID, or receipt (for online purchases).
🛠 Manufacturing Defects (Lightly Worn Shoes)
• If the shoes have a genuine manufacturing defect, they can be exchanged even if lightly worn.
• Before sending the shoes, customers must upload clear images of the defect via:

• Our team will review and approve the request before the customer sends the shoes for exchange.
• If the defect is not approved, the product will not be eligible for return/exchange.
👟 Sizing Issues, Final Sale & Clearance Items
• Shoes that don’t fit can be exchanged for a different size (subject to availability).
• Final sale items can only be exchanged if stock is available, but customers must bear the courier charges for the exchange.
• Clearance & sale items cannot be returned but can be exchanged if stock is available. The customer must bear courier charges for the exchange.
2. How to Return Your Product
For Online Purchases (Website Orders):
• Request a return by either:

• For lightly worn shoes with defects, customers must upload images before sending them for approval.
• We will arrange for free pickup via our shipping partners.
• If pickup is unavailable in your area, you may courier the product to us at your own cost.
For In-Store Purchases (Local Stores):
• Visit the same store where you purchased the shoes.
• Provide your purchase receipt and return the shoes in unused condition.
• The store will process the exchange or refund.
• If there’s any discrepancy, customers can reach out to us at support@redbird.com.
3. Exchange & Refund Process
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will dispatch the exchanged product within 24-48 hours, subject to availability.
• If the requested exchange size or product is unavailable, we will issue a full refund to your source account (except for final sale & clearance items).
• Shipping charges will not be refunded, only the product amount will be refunded.
4. Non-Returnable Items
🚫 Customized or Personalized Shoes – These are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
🚫 Used Shoes (except for approved manufacturing defects) – Returns are not accepted for worn-out or damaged shoes caused by regular use.
🚫 Clearance & sale items – These can only be exchanged if stock is available. Returns are not allowed.
5. Processing Time for Returns & Exchanges
• Once we receive and inspect your returned product, exchanges will be dispatched within 24-48 hours (subject to stock availability).
• If an exchange isn’t possible, refunds will be processed within 14 working days.
6. Legal Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
• Redbird reserves the right to reject any return request if the product does not meet our return policy conditions.
• Any decision by Redbird regarding returns or exchanges is final.
• Redbird is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product usage.
• Any legal disputes related to this return policy will be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of New Delhi.
